Classroom Decoration...
3A children and I had a fantastic time together putting up our creativity into action. The best
part of it was having parents chip in to help out do up the entire classroom. Thank you
parents for your time and contribution made....the children and I truly appreciate it. Check
us out in action...

Show & Tell...
I wanted to give an opportunity for all 3A children to get to know one another this month. So we decided to have 'Show & Tell' to kick off our journey as a class..here are some amazing shots of my little ones making themselves famous...
3A Buddy Leaders
3A Children had a fantastic time buddying the Primary 1 children
this year. They had the opportunity to act like big 'brothers'
and 'sisters' for the little ones who have just joined us. I was
delighted to see that they enjoyed the 3 days with their buddy
and gave positive feedback on the last day. Let's check out their
excitement....

Our 1st STEP Lesson
3A children had a great time practising the dance moves during the STEP lesson. They
seemed to have the flare for rhythmic moves...

Welcome to 3ACE!
Dear Parents or Guardians,
I Ms Pavithra (Form Teacher of 3A) would like to welcome you to our class blog. It has been a spectacular start for the year. Two weeks have passed and I can see that the children and I are starting to get to know one another better. As the year progresses, I believe that we will be able to gel very well as a class. At this juncture, I would like to let you know what are our goals set for this year.
1) To build strong social skills, so that we can work well with one another;
2) To collaboratively learn from one another;
3) To persevere to do our best in whatever we do;
4) To ACE all obstacles ahead of us through hard work and determination;
I wish to work closely with you and the children to make the above goals possible for us to achieve. Although the children have gone through 2 years of Primary education, there may be some new challenges that they may face this year. For example, the addition of a new subject Science. This could be a little overwhelming for some of them as there may be added work load on their shoulders. As a teacher, I will do my best to prepare them for this challenge ahead. I hope you can lend your support, by guiding your child at home to overcome this challenge.
3A children will also be introduced to new learning platforms that enrich teaching and learning process. There will be a need for them to become young researchers at home to explore new ideas and build on one another's idea, so that they can gather a greater insight of the topic being taught in school. I will keep you informed of your child's progress intermittently either through phone or through the handbook. I have provided the children with my mobile number, so that you can reach me if you have any urgent queries to make. You may also contact me through email if it not urgent matter. I will do my best to reply to you asap. However, please pardon me if I reply you late due to other work commitments.
Lastly, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all parents who came down on the 11th January (Firday) to help me out in the classroom decoration. Thank you parents! I appreciate it! With continual support from you, I have faith that I can work with the children to move them to greater heights. Please feel free to drop me an SMS if you have any further queries. Let's work hand-in-hand to make it possible for our little ones!
Best Regards,
Ms Pavithra.
